Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, is expanding its Core Division with a Lead Product Manager focusing on the Templating Service. You will own the service end-to-end and lead the upcoming hierarchy redesign across assets, locations, and procedures for multi-site enterprises.

You will shape strategy, drive roadmaps, run design-partner sessions, and coordinate migrations of three configurations into a single registry, ensuring non-breaking updates and scalable governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with enterprise SaaS experience.
• Experience running design-partner sessions and evidence-based decisions.
• Track record delivering multi-year foundational work with quarterly customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap and execution for templates across assets, procedures, work orders and parts.
• Consolidate overlapping configuration systems into a single registry with migration paths.
• Resolve complex semantics around update policies, versioning and publishing rules.
• Lead the design-partner program and translate sessions into roadmaps.
• Oversee hierarchy redesign from spec to validated model with non-breaking changes.
