Job summary

Kindsight in Canada is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Fundraising Intelligence to own the vision, strategy, and execution of data- and AI-powered enhancements for frontline fundraisers. You will drive end-to-end product lifecycle and collaborate with the iWave team to integrate donor intelligence into the CRM.

You will lead a lean, cross-functional team, translate customer needs into validated opportunities, and balance near-term priorities with long-term platform strategy to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience owning strategy and roadmap for complex domains.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments and manage backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Fundraising Intelligence vision and strategy, aligning with company goals.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Translate customer needs into validated product opportunities through research and feedback loops.
• Collaborate across Design, Engineering, Sales, CS, Marketing to align roadmaps and GTM.
