Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience creating and delivering customer centric, data-driven product vision and strategy.
• A track record of delivering results with significant business and customer impacts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in financial services, technology or operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the definition, design and operationalization of data products that maximize leverage for the business and serve internal/external customers.
• Own and prioritize the long-term roadmap for your product with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define OKRs for your Data Product with a metrics-driven strategy.
• Immerse yourself in understanding your customer(s) using empathy and design thinking.
• Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for your product within Capital One’s ecosystem.
• Partner with technology and data experts to design robust solutions and drive the broader product agenda.
• Inspires the team to understand technical opportunities and prioritize reusable data solutions.
• Develop a robust integration strategy to deliver scalable, defined data solutions.
