Job summary

Partner with engineering to build AI/ML-powered solutions, drive data-driven decisions, and collaborate with global teams to automate cross-border workflows at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in technical product management or engineering.
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience building AI products at scale with AI/ML (LLMs, agents).
• Ability to analyze data and communicate with stakeholders; SQL Server/MySQL experience.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and align exec stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and tech roadmap for XB's AI-powered operations platform.
• Define and scale an agent orchestration layer across pricing, promotions, selection, and advertising for destination marketplaces.
• Consolidate legacy operational tooling into a single intelligent surface.

• Work cross-functionally with growth, merchandising, finance, and operations stakeholders globally.
• Mine and analyze data for decision support; define success metrics and guardrails.
• Think big — invent new ways to automate and improve cross-border operations at scale.
