Flight Centre Travel Group in Montreal, QC is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of agent-to-agent integrations. You will drive the roadmap for headless AI capabilities across MCP, A2A, and ACP protocols while partnering with enterprise customers and engineering teams.

This opportunity suits product leaders with platform, API, SaaS, and AI product experience, ready to work across global teams in a dynamic travel tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for SaaS, platform, API, or integration products.
• Experience building products used by developers and partners.
• Knowledge of AI patterns, agents, orchestration, and tool calling.
• Familiarity with MCP, A2A, and ACP concepts and standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for headless AI capabilities across MCP, A2A, and ACP.
• Define exposed agent capabilities and integration protocols and sequences.
• Prioritize interoperability, openness, safety, and differentiation of our platform.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to translate needs into requirements.
• Lead product discovery to ensure strong problem definition before engineering commitment.
• Manage epics, stories, and acceptance criteria for wrappers, adapters, APIs.
• Maintain product backlog based on customer, market, and business priorities.
• Utilize ProductBoard, Shortcut, Jira for planning and delivery workflows.
• Validate work against acceptance criteria before release.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and engineering for integrations.
