Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Falcon Writer, its AI authoring product for regulated life sciences content. You will work with medical writing, regulatory, and clinical teams to understand workflows and translate them into a product roadmap for engineering execution.

This hands-on role requires deep domain knowledge, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a bias for delivering high-quality, compliant content solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on product management experience.
• Experience shipping AI or ML product features with guardrails and human review.
• Ability to understand complex customer workflows and translate them into clear product direction.
• Extensive customer-facing experience and ability to align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Builder's instinct; willing to dive into engineering rather than only reviewing roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own and design product features from start to finish, including user stories and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, PM, and Product teams to ensure quality.
• Acquire deep subject matter expertise in medical writing and regulatory workflows.
• Define metrics that matter and use them to drive prioritization.
• Be accountable for the success of the product.
