Job summary

Veeva Systems, a mission-driven SaaS leader in life sciences, is seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver AI Agent solutions within the Veeva Quality Cloud suite. You will architect docs to data workflows, collaborate with engineering and UX, and drive AI-enabled product capabilities end-to-end.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise SaaS product roles, strong Python and AI framework experience, and the ability to work across global teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Coding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with engineering, UX design, and application product management teams.
• Excellent communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision.
• Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone.
• Must be able to travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and development of AI agents focused on ‘Docs to Data’ across the Veeva Quality Cloud
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts
• Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations
• Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders
