Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to design and deliver AI Agent solutions for Veeva Labeling. Lead prototypes, architect data flows, and collaborate with engineering and UX to automate processes with AI.

You will combine AI/ML expertise with product leadership, engage with non-technical stakeholders, and travel up to 20%. The role demands independence in a fast-paced environment and proximity to the Eastern Time zone for collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience.
• At least 2 years focused on AI/ML applications.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Coding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and development of prototypes of AI product features for Veeva Labeling.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts.
• Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations
• Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.
