Neighbourhood Holdings is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the investment roadmap and align business needs with engineering efforts across lending and internal systems. You will collaborate with underwriters, CFOs, and engineers to ground funding decisions in data, driving adoption and measurable impact.

The role emphasizes strategic trade-offs, system consolidation, and end-to-end rollout ownership, with AI and data-driven decision making at the core.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with senior roadmap ownership.
• Experience with complex financial/operational systems.
• Technical fluency; able to discuss data models, APIs.
• Experience shipping AI or agentic features.
• Proven ability to prioritize under constraints.
• A rollout you drove, not just a launch.
• Strong written communication for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Own the investment roadmap and publish it with stakeholders.
• Make trade-offs visible and grounded in numbers.
• Evaluate and consolidate systems to reduce duplication.
• Engage underwriting, operations, finance and brokers to identify needs.
• Translate business problems into engineer-ready specs; prototype where possible.
• Plan rollout, sequencing, migration, and adoption efforts.
• Define success metrics before building and track outcomes.
