Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking a Product Manager to shape the vision, roadmap, and execution of the Nasdaq AI Platform — an enterprise platform for AI capabilities, agents, and workflows. You will translate complex technical ideas into meaningful product experiences delivering real business value, collaborating across engineering, design, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes end‑to‑end ownership, strategic thinking, and strong communication to drive decisions and business impact in a hybrid work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, CS, or related field.
• 2–5 years of product management experience owning features end‑to‑end.
• Experience with generative AI products (LLMs, AI agents, data‑driven AI apps).
• Ability to manage a product roadmap balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and user stories.

As a Product Manager reporting to The Vice President of Software Engineering, you'll play a critical role in shaping the vision, roadmap, and execution of the Nasdaq AI Platform — an enterprise platform that enables teams to build, deploy, and interact with AI capabilities, agents, and workflows.

You’ll thrive in this position if you’re strategic, collaborative, and passionate about translating complex technical ideas into meaningful product experiences that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own assigned product areas through the full lifecycle — from discovery and requirements gathering through launch, iteration, and production support.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders across sprints to clarify scope, resolve ambiguity, and drive timely decisions.
• Define success metrics for features and use data and user feedback to evaluate performance and guide future iterations.
• Communicate platform vision and roadmap progress to senior leadership, bridging technical complexity and business value.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of product management experience with a demonstrated track record of owning features end‑to‑end.
• Experience working with generative AI products, such as large language models, AI agents, or data‑driven AI applications.
• Proven ability to manage a product roadmap and balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with agile development practices and product management tools.
• Technical fluency is sufficient to engage credibly with engineering teams.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise platform environments.

This position will be located in St. John’s and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
