Job summary

SCALIS is seeking a Product Manager to own execution across core product areas, partnering with the CPO on strategy and major bets. You will drive sprint cycles, manage backlogs, and keep Sales and CS informed about timelines and feature status.

You will build AI-powered workflows and dashboards, surface insights, and collaborate with a peer PM to ensure continuous delivery and strong product governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to write a spec, pull Metabase reports, and run a customer call.
• Data-driven and able to self-serve analytics.
• Experience running experiments and making data-driven decisions.
• Clear written communicator with structured updates.
• Daily use of AI tools as actual leverage.
• Execution-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the product development lifecycle from ideation to release with exit criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, roadmap reviews, and quarterly planning cycles.
• Manage instrumentation to track adoption, feature usage, and outcomes.
• Close the loop between customer feedback, support data, and the roadmap.
• Own tooling and backlog hygiene across product and engineering interface.
• Run the sprint cycle for your product areas and coordinate with design and data.
• Partner with engineering on scope, sequencing, and pace.
• Coordinate discovery and validation with Sales, CS, and delivery.
• Establish release communications and change rationale for internal audiences.
