Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a product-focused professional to lead Aviva's AEM website ecosystem and Aviva Partner experiences. You will leverage AEM, AI tools, and analytics to optimize content, personalization, and conversion, while driving rapid iteration and measurable impact.

The role requires strong product judgment, ability to operate in ambiguity, and experience with vendor delivery models to ship impactful improvements quickly.

• Experience with AEM / Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Experience improving content-heavy or marketing-driven websites.
• Experience with personalization, experimentation, or analytics-led optimization.
• Hands-on experience using tools and platforms.
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

• Own and transform Aviva's AEM website ecosystem, including aviva.ca and Aviva Partner
• Ship work directly using AEM, AI tools, and existing platforms
• Move ideas from concept to live without waiting for perfect resourcing
• Prototype, test, and launch improvements quickly
• Use GenAI to draft, test, and iterate content and experiences
• Use AEM to create and launch pages, components, and experiments
• Use analytics and AI-assisted analysis to identify drop-offs and opportunities, then fix them
• Rapidly stand up tests involving copy, layout, and journeys
• Define product strategy and roadmap for Aviva Partner and aviva.ca
• Turn Aviva Partner into a high-value broker experience
• Drive measurable improvements in engagement, adoption, and sales impact
• Work directly with an engineering vendor on complex builds
• Balance stakeholder demand with product-driven improvements
• Simplify processes and introduce AI- and automation-enabled ways of working
• Create a culture of shipping, learning, and rapid iteration
