Aviva Canada is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and transform its AEM website ecosystem, including aviva.ca and Aviva Partner. You will ship and create momentum using AEM, AI tools, and analytics, rather than simply managing a backlog.

You will define product strategy, lead delivery with an external vendor, and drive measurable enhancements in engagement and sales. Hybrid work model and strong career development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping on AEM/Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Ability to leverage GenAI to accelerate content and experiences.
• Strong product judgment and ability to balance stakeholder demand.

Responsibilities

• Own Aviva Partner & Aviva.ca product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead delivery with an engineering vendor in a non-traditional dev squad model.
• Ship features using AEM and AI, measure engagement and sales impact.
