Job summary

Jobber is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Automations Platform to scale AI-driven automations for home service businesses. You will own the automation lifecycle from authoring to evaluation and continually improve throughput and impact across product teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management, with proven experience shipping AI/LLM-backed products, and a strong focus on unit economics and platform multiplies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping real AI products
• Growth mindset and comfort with change and ambiguity in a fast-moving AI org
• Experience building and adopting an AI platform through advocacy, tooling, and documentation
• Experience shipping LLM-backed or ML-backed products with awareness of failure modes
• Track record of making contested technical decisions and sticking to them
• Comfort thinking in unit economics and cost of building automations versus value

Responsibilities

• Build deep understanding of home service businesses and their repeated tasks
• Own the automation platform—authoring, execution, evaluation, and improvement of automations
• Make it fast and cost-efficient for Jobber teams to ship automations and measure throughput
• Build high-impact automations and make them discoverable for service providers
• Develop an Evals platform to iterate on automations and raise quality over time
• Collaborate with AI Foundations engineering on underlying agent infrastructure
• Define metrics for platform success: cost, speed, engagement, and library growth
