Job summary

Zynga seeks a Lead Product Manager to run the execution on Zynga's internal AI operating platform, the backbone that turns AI requests into shipped capabilities. You will own intake, triage, research, and execution with engineering, plus measuring impact across the platform.

You’ll partner with engineering to drive delivery across surfaces such as chat, knowledge bases, connectors, workflows, and documents, turning requests into scoped work and ensuring on-time, data-backed outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of end-to-end PM experience
• Experience with AI-powered products (LLMs, agents, RAG)
• Ability to write clear specs and translate complex execution for engineering/leadership
• Strong operational rigor in intake/triage processes
• Proven ability to drive multi-workstream execution
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own intake, triage, research, and execution for the AI platform
• Partner with engineering to deliver across multiple surfaces (chat, knowledge bases, connectors, workflows, documents)
• Define and maintain a measurement framework for usage and impact
• Write clear, technically grounded specs for cross-surface features
• Keep engineers unblocked and escalate issues to leadership
• Coordinate with design and other leads to maintain aligned roadmap
