Job summary

Varicent is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI Adoption & Customer Value, to own adoption and measurable value across Varicent's AI portfolio. You will partner with customers and internal teams to turn early traction into scalable adoption and trusted, value‑driven outcomes.

You will work across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize usability, explainability, and adoption, driving impact for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional experience, incl. 6+ years in Product Management in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven experience owning product strategy, execution, adoption, and launch readiness for complex areas.
• Strong familiarity with GenAI, autonomous agents, AI governance and trust practices.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science and GTM teams.
• Experience with post‑launch adoption, health metrics and value realization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Adoption & Customer Value strategy across existing and new AI capabilities.
• Lead strategic customer adoption programs with defined goals, feedback loops and scale readiness.
• Define adoption, product health and value realization metrics with cross‑functional partners.
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform roadmap and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design and Data Science to implement prioritized improvements.
• Enable GTM teams with messaging, assets, and enablement for AI adoption.
