Job summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Capital Optimization, the role translates capital concepts into practical recommendations and leads cross‑functional teams from analysis to implementation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, analytics, risk management, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial banking, credit risk, product management, finance, treasury, analytics, capital management, pricing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending, RWA, BRR and FRR, RAROC, pricing economics, collateral, credit structures, and portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RWA drivers, BRR and FRR outcomes, RAROC performance, pricing economics, portfolio mix, and segment‑level profitability to identify opportunities for improved capital productivity.
• Conduct opportunity sizing, scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and impact assessments for capital, RWA, ROE, RAROC, risk, and customer impacts.
• Assess feasibility, dependencies, governance requirements, risks, and execution complexity of capital optimization initiatives.
• Translate technical analysis into clear recommendations, options, pros and cons, and decision materials for senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
• Maintain disciplined documentation of assumptions, methodologies, data sources, findings, and decisions to support governance and auditability.
