Job summary

Capital One Canada is seeking a Director of Business Strategy at 161 Bay Street in Toronto to lead growth initiatives across credit, operations and technology. You will own end-to-end strategy, partner with executives and drive analytics-driven decision making to advance the customer agenda.

The role requires 5+ years leading analytical, process and product teams, cross-functional leadership, and Agile experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading analytical, process and product teams.
• 5+ years of leading a cross functional team of 8+ reports.
• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability and customer success with analytics-informed decisions.
• Technology & process ownership: Own roadmap with a 6–24 month horizon and drive continuous improvement in risk management tech.
• People leadership: Mentor and develop a cross-functional team of analysts, process managers and product partners.
