Agoda is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Trip Marketing to lead cross-sell and recommendation experiences across user touchpoints. You will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product managers to craft human, helpful, and scalable designs that align with business goals and user needs.

You will drive UX strategy, manage complex initiatives, and mentor teammates while delivering high‑quality interfaces for both web and mobile products.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of full-time product design experience for digital or web-based products.
• Proficient in UI design with knowledge of design patterns.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research and user interviews.
• Ability to guide the design process from discovery to delivery in agile teams.
