The role is Bangkok-based with relocation provided, offering hands-on involvement with SCRUM teams and the opportunity to influence Agoda’s growth and strategy across multiple product verticals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to convey complex messages clearly.
• Experience developing and launching products and leading global product vision.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, users, and requirements to inform product decisions.
• Conceptualize and launch products, measure performance, and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Legal and UX teams on cutting-edge tech.
