Job summary

TripArc is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape the future of our B2B travel platforms. You will own a product area, partner with Product and Engineering, and help evolve platforms used daily by professional travel sellers.

This hybrid role requires 2 days weekly at our Downtown Toronto office and offers high-impact, end-to-end design work with AI-assisted tooling. You will tackle complex pricing, deposits, payments, supplier payments, and invoicing flows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional UX design experience in digital products.
• Strong experience with B2B products/platforms and systems thinking.
• Experience designing high-stakes, data-dense interfaces; fintech background preferred.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design work: discovery to shipped solutions.
• Experience defining and tracking UX metrics to guide iteration.
• AI fluency: use AI tools daily and critique outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX discovery for complex workflows by understanding user needs and business goals.
• Translate research insights into problem statements, journeys, and experience principles.
• Explore multiple solutions with sketching, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing.
• Own the design lifecycle from concept to delivery, iteration, and post-launch optimization.
• Design scalable user flows for complex B2B use cases and internal tooling.
• Deliver polished design specs and documentation for developer handoff.
