Agoda is seeking a strategic Senior Marketing Leader to own the partnership P&L and drive data‑driven growth across metasearch, paid search, app marketing and emerging channels. You will lead a small team, define strategy, and influence cross‑functional partners to maximize ROI while shaping the partnership roadmap.

You will collaborate with partner marketing leadership, regional teams, and Agoda’s commercial and product groups to ensure alignment with business goals and measurable impact.

Competenze

• SQL proficiency for daily analysis and complex joins.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Ads, attribution platforms, dashboards).
• Bonus: experience with experimentation design and statistical analysis.
• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (PPC, metasearch, app marketing, or SEO).
• Experience optimizing marketing campaigns toward ROI/profitability targets.
• Familiarity with attribution models and incrementality measurement.
• Background in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing analytics.

• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership and set overall marketing strategy.
• Guide channel strategies and ensure execution excellence across campaigns.

• Collaborate with commercial and product teams on partnership optimization.
