Job summary

Nascent, based in Toronto, is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the design journey from discovery through execution. You will turn ambiguous problems into clear, usable, and beautifully built solutions, partnering with clients, developers, and QA to ensure real-world effectiveness.

You’ll lead discovery and research, facilitate alignment across teams, and create polished end-to-end experiences for web and mobile, while evolving scalable design systems and maintaining design integrity

Qualifications

Experience leading user research and workshops to inform product strategy.
Ability to guide end-to-end design from discovery to production-ready UI.
Experience building scalable design systems.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and research: Plan and run user interviews, testing, and audits to inform product strategy.
Facilitate alignment: Run collaborative workshops with clients and cross-functional teams to explore ideas and solve bottlenecks.
Design polished end-to-end experiences: Create intuitive flows, wireframes, interaction prototypes, and production-ready UI for web and mobile.
Build and evolve design systems: Establish reusable components and visual foundations for consistency and speed.
Drive delivery quality: Work with engineering to ensure design fidelity in production.
