Job summary

Blue J Legal in Toronto, Canada, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape and elevate our product experience. You will partner with Product and Engineering to translate insights into simple, scalable solutions, and help grow our in-house design system.

You will contribute to a lean design team, ship thoughtful, user-centered products, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver fast, delightful tax research tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience with shipped products.
• Experience building and scaling design systems.
• Collaborative work with developers, PMs, and stakeholders in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Support in the design process from research to handoff.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate ideas into user-friendly solutions.
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to refine experiences.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate ideas quickly.
