Job summary

Kelly in Toronto is seeking a Senior Product Designer to support a major refresh initiative for Wealth and Self-Directed Investing. You will design reusable components, evolve design systems, and collaborate with product managers and developers.

The role requires 5+ years in product design, expert Figma proficiency, design systems experience, WCAG accessibility knowledge, and onsite work in Toronto 3-4 days per week within a large enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and create reusable, scalable components within Figma design systems.
• Build and evolve design system libraries used across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and implementation accuracy.
• Design intuitive, accessible user experiences for investing and wealth management products.
• Create polished interaction patterns and visual UI states for iOS and Android applications.
• Conduct Design QA reviews to ensure delivered experiences align with design specifications.
• Maintain design documentation, standards, and component guidelines.
• Publish and manage design libraries in Figma.
• Ensure accessibility compliance, including WCAG standards and evolving mobile platform requirements.
• Partner with product managers, researchers, content designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Pay Rate: Up to $75/hr T4 + 4% Vacation Pay

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and create reusable, scalable components within Figma design systems
• Build and evolve design system libraries used across web and mobile platforms

• Expert-level proficiency with Figma

• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in Agile product environments
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills including:
