Qualifications

7+ years of practical, in-house product/UX/UI design experience.
Experience turning complex workflows into simple user journeys.
Experience applying AI in design practice with tangible outcomes.
Strong design systems, UI design, and micro-interactions knowledge.
Ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
Strong communication to align stakeholders across disciplines.
