Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Capital Advances squad to transform complex underwriting workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences. You will partner with engineers and product managers to drive AI-enabled, scalable design across internal tools and merchant-facing moments.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
• Excellent communication skills; able to align internal stakeholders on the design journey.
• Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy products, internal tools, or admin consoles.
• Comfort working in domains with rules that shape the design space (finance, lending, risk, payments).
• Demonstrable experience putting AI to work in your design practice with concrete results.
