Qualifications
- 7+ years of in-house product/UX/UI design experience.
- Experience designing and supporting development for 0 to 1 product is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
- Experience with complex, workflow-heavy products and internal tools.
- Comfort in regulated domains like financial services and lending.
- Demonstrated use of AI in design practice with concrete outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead design from concept to delivery with autonomy and design reviews.
- Design holistic systems and micro-interactions across two surfaces: internal tooling and merchant experiences.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, risk, and operations to drive user-centric solutions.
- Turn research insights into tangible, actionable design outcomes.
