Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Game Producer to lead cross‑disciplinary teams across design, development, and marketing in British Columbia. You will drive delivery for AA/AAA console titles, manage live operations, and ensure projects meet quality and profitability targets.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, risk mitigation, and a proven track record shipping console titles on Xbox or PlayStation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in game production.
Shipping multiple AA or AAA titles from concept through launch and into live operations.
Proven experience shipping console titles on Xbox and/or PlayStation.
Strong understanding of console development, performance, certification, compliance, and platform requirements.
Deep understanding of large-scale production pipelines.
Experience with cross-disciplinary collaboration and publisher/developer relationships across PC and console development.
Ability to apply lessons learned to anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and improve delivery efficiency across multiple platforms.
Strong credibility with internal teams and external partners.
Experience with task management software, preferably Jira.
