Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Game Producer to lead cross‑disciplinary teams across design, development, and marketing in British Columbia. You will drive delivery for AA/AAA console titles, manage live operations, and ensure projects meet quality and profitability targets.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, risk mitigation, and a proven track record shipping console titles on Xbox or PlayStation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in game production.
• Shipping multiple AA or AAA titles from concept through launch and into live operations.
• Proven experience shipping console titles on Xbox and/or PlayStation.
• Strong understanding of console development, performance, certification, compliance, and platform requirements.
• Deep understanding of large-scale production pipelines.
• Experience with cross-disciplinary collaboration and publisher/developer relationships across PC and console development.
• Ability to apply lessons learned to anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and improve delivery efficiency across multiple platforms.
• Strong credibility with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience with task management software, preferably Jira.
