Farber is seeking a Senior Process Owner to steer end-to-end processes across multiple functions, shaping strategy and governance. You will lead cross‑functional process redesign, define KPIs, and drive improvement initiatives aligned with company goals.
The role requires 5–8 years in business analysis or process improvement, with Agile/Lean experience. Location is Hybrid/North York; salary is CAD 80,000–90,000 plus bonus. Farber values inclusion and development opportunities for its people.
