Job summary

Momentum Financial Services Group in Toronto, Canada, is seeking a Specialist, Business Process Transformation to optimize operations and drive efficiency. You will analyze processes, apply improvement methodologies, and help implement scalable solutions across cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in process improvement, with exposure to Lean Six Sigma and RPA platforms, plus strong analytical and collaboration skills. A hybrid work model is offered in Canada.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations or process improvement roles.
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is an asset.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and value-stream analysis.
  • Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support process analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Contribute to designing and implementing optimized workflows.
  • Coordinate interviews and workshops to gather stakeholder insights.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand challenges and requirements.
  • Document workflows and SOPs, and assist in rollout of new processes.
  • Define and track key metrics to monitor process performance.
  • Support adoption of new processes with Change Management teams.
  • Stay informed on trends in process optimization and automation.
  • Explore tools such as RPA to enhance efficiency.

The Job: Specialist, Business Process Transformation

We’re looking for a Specialist, Business Process Transformation to support initiatives that improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance business performance. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the implementation of scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do

Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Support current-state analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Contribute to designing and implementing optimized workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation

  • Coordinate interviews and support workshops (e.g., kaizen sessions) to gather insights from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand operational challenges and requirements.

Documentation & Process Design

  • Document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps.
  • Support the development and rollout of new or improved processes.

Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track key metrics to monitor process performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.

    Change Management & Adoption

    • Partner with Enterprise Change Management teams to support adoption of new processes.
    • Help ensure successful implementation and sustained usage of process improvements.

    Research & Innovation

    • Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in process optimization and automation.
    • Support exploration of tools such as RPA to enhance efficiency.
