You will partner with clients to analyze current operations, map processes, and design streamlined workflows that boost productivity and cut costs.

You will lead implementation plans, support change management, and use data-driven insights to measure performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

About the Role

In this role, you will partner with clients to analyze their existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and design and implement streamlined workflows that enhance productivity and reduce costs. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and ensuring that client organisations are agile and efficient. Key Responsibilities

• Map and analyze current business processes across various functions within client organisations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis techniques.
