We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Business System Analyst.

In this role, we are seeking a Business System Analyst with experience in Financial risk and fraud prevention.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain fraud analysis models to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of company systems.
2. Use fraud prevention techniques to identify fraudulent transactions and cancel them from further processing.
3. Gain exposure to fraud prevention implemented on data processing platforms such as DataBricks.
4. Identify areas for improvement in DataBricks models to ensure effective prevention of fraudulent activities.
5. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
6. Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
7. Document As-Is vs To-Be process flows, use cases, and user stories.
8. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
9. Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
10. Work with technology teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
11. Ensure that delivered solutions meet specified requirements and are of high quality.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent.
• Excellent system analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Experience working in the Financial domain.
• Knowledge of CIAM products and technical aspects.
• Knowledge of Data Privacy & Security.
• Experience in Road Mapping and Prioritization.
• Strong data-driven approach, analytics, and reporting skills.
