We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the evaluation of two key operational systems :

• Centralized Stores Management Software : Evaluate current inventory and purchasing workflows, and recommend a solution to improve inventory tracking, purchasing efficiency, and interdepartmental store operations.
• IT Ticketing System : Investigate the current ticketing system in use within the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, assess its suitability for broader deployment, evaluate alternative solutions, and provide recommendations for a unified, scalable ticketing system to manage service requests across multiple departments.

Desired Skills & Experience :

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
