Job Title : SimCorp Business System Analyst - PBOR

Job Overview :

• Our client is seeking an experienced SimCorp Business System Analyst -PBOR for a 6-month remote contract engagement.
• This role will focus on investment performance analytics, data quality, and SimCorp Performance Manager configurations.
• The successful candidate will support the implementation and optimization of SimCorp's PBOR capabilities to enhance investment performance reporting and analytics for a multi-asset class investment management environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support configuration and optimization activities in SimCorp Performance Manager.
• Provide expert-level guidance on investment performance measurement, calculations, and analytics.
• Analyze and interpret financial instrument data across asset classes to support performance workflows.
• SimCorp Business System Analyst collaborates with technology and investment teams to deliver solutions aligned with PBOR best practices.
• Perform data analysis and quality control, ensuring accurate and reliable performance reporting.
• Contribute to workflow orchestration, system runbooks, and day-in-the-life operational planning within SimCorp Dimension.
• Participate in the development and support of automated production processes using modern tools.

Mandatory Requirements :

• 5+ years of expert-level experience in investment performance, including attribution and return methodologies.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SimCorp Performance Manager.
• 3+ years of strong working knowledge of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience working within a technology or solution delivery team supporting a multi-asset class investment manager.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and / or data quality management.
• 1+ year of working knowledge in Azure DevOps for work tracking and CI / CD processes.
• 3+ years of experience with other leading asset management platforms such as Charles River, Aladdin, Calypso, or Bloomberg.
• 3+ years of strong familiarity with SimCorp's workflow orchestration, day-in-the-life operations, and production runbook management.
• This is a remote role; candidates must be able to work effectively with distributed teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical configurations into business value are essential.
• Ideal for candidates with prior experience supporting PBOR implementations or performance reporting transformations within SimCorp Dimension.
