Job summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Principal Industry Analyst Relations to lead AR strategy within the product marketing team. You will build relationships with analyst firms, shape the category narrative, and coordinate AR initiatives to support marketing and sales objectives.

The role requires extensive experience in analyst relations, product marketing, and market research, with a focus on AI and automation tools to speed insights. Hybrid work supports in-person collaboration in Toronto.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology communications, marketing, or product marketing.
• Working experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Market Research and Strategy.
• Proven content creation and story shaping, strategic planning, program management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Shape our category story and the industry analyst strategy and program to drive the category.
• Build strategic relationships with current industry analysts and identify and grow the program.
• Coordinate analyst calls and maintain AR program calendar.
• Drive analyst awareness of PagerDuty’s offerings and expand analyst understanding of company business strategy and product offerings.
• Prepare and support spokespeople engaging with analysts, including briefing materials and staffing calls.
• Maintain AR interactions database and measure AR program impact on marketing and sales goals.
• Lead inbound requests for information including participation in research and customer references.
• Conduct foundational research in analyst coverage areas and competitors to surface growth recommendations.
