PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Principal Industry Analyst Relations to lead our AR program and partner with the product marketing team to shape our story. You will build strategic relationships with the analyst community, coordinate calls, and drive awareness of PagerDuty’s offerings and business strategy.

You will report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing Operations and work across the company to execute AR strategy, manage the calendar, and measure impact on marketing and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years experience in enterprise technology communications, marketing, or product marketing.
• Experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Market Research and Strategy.
• Proven content creation and story shaping, strategic planning, program management and attention to detail.
• Interest in speeding research and survey delivery with AI and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Shape our category story and analyst strategy.
• Build strategic relationships with analysts.
• Coordinate analyst calls and maintain AR calendar.
• Drive analyst awareness of PagerDuty’s offerings and strategy.
• Prepare briefing materials and staff analyst calls.
• Maintain AR interactions database and measure program impact.
• Lead inbound information requests including customer references.
• Conduct foundational research in analyst coverage areas to surface recommendations.
