Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the teaching team with planned learning experiences and daily routines.
• Engage children in purposeful play, movement, and small-group activities.
• Help children build independence, confidence, communication and self-regulation.
• Observe and share observations with the teaching team.
• Prepare materials and keep the classroom safe, organized and welcoming.
• Provide calm, responsive support during meals, dressing and transitions.
