Job summary

Softchoice, a World Wide Technology company, is seeking a highly skilled engineer to guide enterprise clients in adopting Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and AI Builder, across complex modernisation projects.

You will designCanvas/Model‑Driven apps, Dataverse-backed solutions, and integrate Azure AI services, collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid/remote setup, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education, preferably a university degree or college diploma; or equivalent practical experience.
• Microsoft Power Platform certification recommended (e.g., Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate).
• Minimum of 5–9 years of experience designing and deploying applications using Power Platform, MS Teams SDK, C#, SharePoint Online, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Power Platform projects to external organizations.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients on different ways to employ Microsoft Power Platform to solve current business needs while positioning them for future solutions
• Develop solutions using Canvas Applications, Model‑Driven Applications, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder that follow best practices and ensure effective, maintainable outcomes
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to deliver enterprise‑grade solutions that meet deadlines and budgetary constraints
• Participate actively in discovery workshops, requirements gathering discussions, documentation development, and pre‑sales sessions
• Train client end‑users and junior team members on Power Platform development techniques, including support for application lifecycle management
• Work directly with project managers to support client status reporting and other delivery artifacts
• Learn new technologies and improvements to current technologies; analyze their impact on current and future implementations
• Contribute to technical conversations with clients and internal stakeholders
