Job summary

Softchoice is looking for a Power Platform specialist to guide enterprise clients in adopting Canvas/Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder across Microsoft 365. You’ll work with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and governance practices to deliver scalable solutions.

You’ll mentor teammates and engage in discovery, pre‑sales, and client training while collaborating with architects and developers to meet timelines and budgets. Flexible hybrid/remote options available.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education or equivalent practical experience.
• Microsoft Power Platform certification recommended (e.g., Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate).
• Minimum of 5–9 years of experience designing and deploying applications using Power Platform, MS Teams SDK, C#, SharePoint Online, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients on employing Power Platform to solve current business needs and future solutions.
• Develop Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder solutions.
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to deliver enterprise‑grade solutions within deadlines and budget.
• Participate in discovery workshops, requirements gathering, documentation, and pre‑sales sessions.
• Train client end‑users and junior team members on Power Platform development and lifecycle management.
• Support project managers with status reporting and delivery artifacts.
• Learn new technologies and assess their impact on current and future implementations.
• Contribute to technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
