Qualifications

• Post-secondary education, preferably a university degree or college diploma; or equivalent practical experience.
• Microsoft Power Platform certification recommended (e.g., Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate).
• Minimum of 5–9 years of experience designing and deploying applications using Power Platform, MS Teams SDK, C#, SharePoint Online, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients on using Microsoft Power Platform to address current business needs and position for future solutions.
• Develop Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder with best practices for maintainability.
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to deliver enterprise‑grade solutions on time and budget.
• Participate in discovery workshops, requirements gathering, documentation, and pre‑sales sessions.
• Train client end‑users and junior team members on Power Platform development techniques.
