Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of business analysis experience supporting investment applications and transformation programs.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, process modeling, user stories and source-to-target mapping.
• Certifications in BA, Change Management, Process Improvement, QA, or PM are assets.
• Strong attention to detail with end-to-end process understanding.

Aufgaben

• Lead and participate in Agile and Waterfall projects for Portfolio Servicing Platform upgrades and integrations.
• Assist Platform Owner with backlog management, roadmap, prioritization and resources.
• Perform requirements elicitation, analysis, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
• Document scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines for stakeholders.
• Develop complex reporting and dashboards (SQL, SSRS, Crystal, Power BI).
