Job summary

Float is seeking a Product Designer to build a seamless Corporate Spending experience and drive adoption of existing products. You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to move ideas into launch and partner with customers to identify and fill product gaps.

You’ll own the look and feel of the user-facing app, prioritize work by impact, and translate business requirements into practical design specs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Experience working in early to mid-stage startup environments.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the look, feel, and interaction of Float’s user-facing application and design flows.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to take concepts from idea to launch.
• Partner with customers to understand experiences and needs, identifying gaps and generating new ideas.
• Prioritize features by impact and communicate the rationale behind roadmap decisions.
• Develop and deliver mock-ups, prototypes, and detailed specs to communicate design intent.
• Transform broad ideas into useful, valuable experiences for customers.
