Stantec’s Buildings team is a global multi-disciplinary design practice focused on sustainable, client-centered project delivery. The Senior Project Manager will oversee complex projects, coordinating design and construction activities and stakeholders across domestic and international contexts.

The role requires an Accredited engineering degree with 7+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and a proactive, business-minded approach to ensure project profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Accredited engineering degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience in a related field.
• Formal Project Management training is required.
• Demonstrates clear, professional communication and leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive project work by setting priorities, scope and schedule and coordinating assignments.
• Manage projects through all lifecycle stages from initiation to closure.
• Follow and implement company processes and procedures.
• Lead project kick-off meetings to align objectives, scope and timeline.
• Develop detailed work plans and track project documentation and data.
