Job summary

Cover Genius seeks a Senior Product Manager - Travel to design and scale CFAR across partners and geographies from our Vancouver hub. You’ll shape the platform, data layers, and partner experience with a focus on automation, guardrails, and measurable outcomes.

You will work with data science, pricing/actuarial, and engineering teams to mature the model lifecycle, governance, and reporting while delivering a customer-friendly insurance experience across partner channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with data-driven or financial risk decisions.
• Strong SQL and data fluency for validating pipelines and building business cases.
• Experience designing monitoring, alerting, or automated decisioning with guardrails.
• Comfort working with commercial, technical, and actuarial stakeholders.
• Track record turning a working example into a scalable, shared platform.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the CFAR program management platform and roadmap.
• Build automation across data health, monitoring, and pricing.
• Define the partner configuration model for CFAR programs.
• Make partner performance dashboards and reporting transparent.
• Turn learnings into reusable platform logic for future programs.
• Collaborate with actuarial, data science, and engineering on the model lifecycle.
