Job summary

Source Code is seeking a Sr. Project Manager/Leader to drive data and AI governance initiatives across large, multi-stakeholder environments. You will lead strategic programs, align business and IT, and ensure delivery on scope, budget, and schedule.

The role requires extensive experience with Azure, Databricks, AI technologies, and cross-ministry or cross-organization coordination. Strong governance practices, risk management, and stakeholder communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data & AI strategy and execution in a large multi-stakeholder environment
• Experience with Data & AI Governance processes and technologies
• Experience with Azure and Databricks, as well as AI technologies
• 10+ years of Integrated Enterprise project management experience across business and IT teams

Responsibilities

• Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high risk projects for OPS I&T initiatives
• Ensures project deliverables meet clients' business requirements on time, scope and budget, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance with OPS project management methodologies and frameworks
