Job summary

Asana is seeking an experienced Product Manager for its Enterprise Data Governance team, focusing on platform capabilities governing the full lifecycle of customer data to support AI adoption while meeting security, privacy, and regulatory needs.

The role collaborates with Engineering, Security, Legal, Design, and GTM to reduce operational burden and enable scalable governance for large, regulated enterprises.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with deep expertise in identity/authentication systems, security, regulatory compliance, or B2B enterprise platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for Enterprise and Data Governance, building platform capabilities for AI adoption with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Own the product strategy for customer data lifecycle management, including retention, migration, auditing, export, deletion, recovery, and governance controls.
