Job summary

Manuvie is seeking a Senior Full Stack Data Governance Engineer to join the Global Data Governance Technology team. The role blends full-stack app development, data/AI engineering, and cloud integration to enable data quality, lineage, access governance, metadata management, and compliant data discovery.

You will lead the design and deployment of governance products on Azure and Databricks, develop scalable backend services and modern dashboards, and mentor engineers while advancing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development and Azure cloud engineering experience.
• 3+ years with Databricks including Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, Unity Catalog.
• Strong Python with FastAPI and REST API design.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Web Apps, Functions, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, AI services, and DevOps.
• Experience building data-intensive dashboards with Power BI and React/TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Informatica IDMC and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and deployment of full-stack data governance products.
• Build backend services, APIs, and integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Develop front-end governance portals and dashboards with React and Power BI.
• Design metadata management, data lineage, and data quality solutions.
• Create AI-powered capabilities using Azure OpenAI and vector search.
• Integrate Databricks Unity Catalog, Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow.
• Implement CI/CD, security, monitoring, and DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate across teams in architecture and design reviews.
