Source Code in Toronto is seeking a Sr. Project Manager/Leader to drive large-scale OPS I&T initiatives on a 1-year contract.

The role requires onsite work in Toronto (Jarvis St.) four days a week and one day remote initially, with full onsite five days a week starting January 5, 2026. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in data & AI strategy, hands-on governance, Azure and Databricks expertise, and strong enterprise project management across multi-year budgets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data & AI strategy and execution in a large multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience with Data & AI Governance processes and technologies.
• Experience with Azure and Databricks as well as AI technologies.
• 10+ years of Integrated Enterprise project management experience across business and IT teams.

Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high risk projects for OPS I&IT initiatives. Ensures project deliverables meet clients business requirements on time, scope and budget, with a foc

Must-have's:

• 15+ years of experience in data & AI strategy and execution in a large multi-stakeholder environment
• Experience with Data & AI Governance processes and technologies
• Experience with Azure and Databricks as well as AI technologies
• 10+ years of Integrated Enterprise project management experience across business and I&IT teams.
• Demonstrated experience with managing multi-year multi-million budget projects (must have)
• Experience with the management of Stakeholders, risks, changes, issues, time, scope and resources.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and other tools that support project management, collaboration and development of processes and plans (must have)
• Experience managing project life cycles including assigning resources and maintaining the project backlogs and in-progress/completed tasks with collaboration tools like: Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, KanBan, Workamajig, etc.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Data services, including Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, Unity Catalogue, SQL Warehouse (must have)
• Experience with AI, LLM and related technologies (must have)
